Retirees of Regional Rural Banks - Pension

We are the Retirees of Regional Rural Banks, who worked since 1976 and got retired. We  are around 18000 as on date and increasing day by day by retirements regular basis. Hence the strength of the Retirees  is increasing and the living of them is decreasing due the lack of Pension. We made the Rural Banking a boon to the Nation by making Banking  to the uncovered  in remote areas by working hard. Our services are  on par with the National Banks with the specialization  of Rural Banking to serve the rural areas. In view the of  the above, Equal Pay - Equal Work we were awarded Pay and allowances on par with National Banks by Justice Obul Reddy Commission in  National Tribunal Award. Even after several years of judgement many issues are kept pending for implementation.  AT PAR PENSION is one among them. Several High Court judgements are favorable for payment of Pension. In spite of all these verdict, still SLP(Civil) 39288/12 is pending in Supreme Court. Many of the Retirees are dying due to lack legitimate financial  support by denying them for several years.
