SLP(Civil) 39288/12 dismissed by SCI on 25th April 2018 with clear cut instructions to implement  AT PAR PENSION to all RRRBIANS AT ANY RATE within 90 days. More than 120  days crossed GOI failed to honor the Judgement. In view of the situation, we observe the deaths of Retirees at regular intervals without receiving  their legitimate share due the non compliance nature of GOI.
We are more than 35000 families across the nation. Hence we request SOS!
Hence we request all to support  for  early implementation.

Retirees of Regional Rural Banks - Pension

We are the Retirees of Regional Rural Banks, who worked since 1976 and got retired. We  are around 18000 as on date and increasing day by day by retirements regular basis. Hence the strength of the Retirees  is increasing and the living of them is decreasing due the lack of Pension. We made the Rural Banking a boon to the Nation by making Banking  to the uncovered  in remote areas by working hard. Our services are  on par with the National Banks with the specialization  of Rural Banking to serve the rural areas. In view the of  the above, Equal Pay - Equal Work we were awarded Pay and allowances on par with National Banks by Justice Obul Reddy Commission in  National Tribunal Award. Even after several years of judgement many issues are kept pending for implementation.  AT PAR PENSION is one among them. Several High Court judgements are favorable for payment of Pension. In spite of all these verdict, still SLP(Civil) 39288/12 is pending in Supreme Court. Many of the Retirees are dying due to lack legitimate financial  support by denying them for several years. Hence we request you all to support our cause of getting AT PAR PENSION soon on humanitarian grounds. Please do the needful to us at this juncture to get AT PAR PENSION soon.

Regional Rural Bank employees pension case is pending with Supreme for disposal it has to come for listing  on 11.03.2015 but not posted. Case no. SLP (civil) 39288/2012. What is the fate of  RRB Pension case?
most of the retired rrb employees are starved to death due lack of financial support after retirement for medical care,meager expenses for daily needs and survival till their  last breath. in view of the above, i request concerned to do the justice to them.
